1. Scope of Application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between the customer and NB Fashion GmbH (Ama & Move).
1.2 The General Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of the conclusion of the contract are part of the contract.
1.3 We only sell our goods to end consumers and only in typical household quantities.
2. Copyright and Industrial Property Rights
2.1 The content of this website is legally protected. It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, or use copyrighted, trademarked, competitive, or otherwise legally protected material, particularly texts, images, graphics, software, videos, music, trademarks, logos, and other company symbols without prior written permission.
2.2 If Ama & Move provides content for download, no usage rights are granted beyond the specific purpose of the download.

3.2 Storing the Contract Text: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time here. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Conclusion of Contract/Delivery Conditions
4.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
4.2 By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart, thus making an offer to NB Fashion GmbH.
4.3 The confirmation of receipt of the order takes place immediately after the order is submitted.
4.4 We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.
4.5 The risk of damage passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the customer or upon the customer's default in acceptance.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us an email to:

with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you make use of this option, we will promptly (e.g., by email) send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
5.2 Consequences of Withdrawal:
a) If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for the refund.
b) We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
c) You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the thirty-day period.
5.3 Return of Goods:
In accordance with the Directive of the European Parliament and the Council on Consumer Rights, the customer has a right of withdrawal, which can be exercised without providing any reasons within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the goods. In addition to this fourteen (14)-day withdrawal period, the customer has a maximum of fourteen (14) days to return the items in perfect condition, complete (including accessories, labels, etc.), unsoiled, unworn, and in the original packaging with the return receipt.

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods. The refund of the calculated price of the returned items will be made through the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of order, excluding the return shipping costs, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the return request, or when the goods arrive at our logistics center, after the return or its proof of delivery has been received.
6. Payment
6.1 The prices are quoted in euros and include the statutory value-added tax. The customer has the option to pay via PayPal, instant bank transfer, or credit card.
6.2 Payment by credit card is only allowed if the customer is also the cardholder. When choosing this payment method, NB Fashion GmbH is entitled to charge the credit card at the time the goods are ordered.
6.3 Please note that Klarna invoices are only available to consumers, and payments must be made to Klarna. When purchasing on account with Klarna, you will always receive the goods first and always have a 14-day payment period. The full terms and conditions for purchasing on account can be found here.
7. Warranty
7.1 Variations in structure and color are reserved, as these are inherent to the nature of the materials used and are customary in the trade.
7.2 When asserting warranty rights, the defect of the item must be specified, and, in contrast to the return right (see § 5), it must be stated whether a replacement delivery is requested. The right of return according to § 5 of these contractual terms also applies in the case of a warranty claim.

Claims against NB Fashion GmbH are not assignable.

10. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
11. Retention of Title
11.1 The delivered goods remain the property of NB Fashion GmbH until the claim against the customer arising from this purchase contract is fully settled.
11.2 The customer is obliged to treat the goods with care during the retention of title period.
11.3 The customer must notify NB Fashion GmbH immediately of any change of possession of the goods or a change of address.
